We wanted to supply our customers with the absolute best quality gear so we had to sell The Original S.O.E. Gear Horizontal Smoke Pouch for our CM18 style canisters this pouch is designed to fit a fighting load and allow for quick deployment of grenades in a bad situation. We find that they are extremely commonly mounted upside-down. This allows the grenades to fall into the operator’s hand immediately when the pouch is opened.
Our original load bearing vests had modular upper pouches, which we’ve updated to MOLLE for integration on fully modular gear. The Original S.O.E. Gear 12ga Upper Pouch ideally suits breaching duties, holding six (6) rounds of 12ga securely with a velcro-closure lid. We have seen sales of these increase due to the common need to enter buildings in Iraq and Afghanistan, and domestically for law enforcement officers.

This Horizontal Smoke Pouch can be mounted upside-right or upside-down with equal utility, and due to their specific mounting, often fit on gear where a vertical smoke pouch will not.
